1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is EuroLatam (“we”, “us”), a business established in Sweden, in the European Union that also serves customers outside the EU. We handle everyone’s data to the same standard, wherever you are. Contact for anything privacy-related: info@eurolatam.co.

2. What we collect and why

Our web server keeps this in standard access logs.To deliver the pages, keep the site secure and fix errors.Legitimate interests in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
You click the language buttonYour language choice (en or es), saved in your own browser only. It is not sent to us.To remember the language you picked. You asked for it; see the Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for your phone number, address, date of birth or any payment details on this website, and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Please do not put sensitive information (health, beliefs, ID numbers, card numbers) in your message.

3. Who receives your data

  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), our hosting and email provider, which runs our web server and mailbox and processes data on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers and authorities only where the law requires or where needed to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Fonts on this site are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font provider. The LinkedIn icon is an ordinary link: nothing is sent to LinkedIn unless you click it, and LinkedIn’s own privacy policy then applies.

4. Transfers outside your country

Our web server is located in Hillsboro, Oregon, in the United States, so the messages you send through the contact form and our server logs are stored outside the European Economic Area. Our email providers may also be located outside it. Where personal data is transferred from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, together with any further safeguards required. Ask us at info@eurolatam.co for details.

5. How long we keep it

  • Contact-form messages and emails: until your enquiry is resolved, then for up to 12 months in case you follow up. If we enter into a contract with you, we keep the records the law requires (for example accounting records, often 6–10 years depending on the country).
  • Server access logs: normally no more than 30 days.
  • Language preference: until you clear your browser storage.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or stop our use of it; give it to you in a portable format; and you can withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawing does not affect what we did before). To use a right, email info@eurolatam.co. We answer within one month.

You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY, imy.se), or to the data-protection authority in the country where you live or work. If you are in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Chile or another Latin American country, your national data-protection law (for example Brazil’s LGPD) gives you comparable rights, and we honour them.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to the admin area to authorised people. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach puts your rights at risk, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Children

This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you think a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

The rules for using this website and for hiring us to design or build yours.

Last updated: 19 September 2026

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and EuroLatam (“we”, “us”), a business established in Sweden, in the European Union. Email: info@eurolatam.co. We design and build websites for businesses and private customers in Europe and Latin America.

2. Using this website

  • The content is general information about our services, not legal, financial or professional advice.
  • The “sample websites” shown on our home page (restaurant, car detailing, barber) are fictional demonstrations. The businesses, prices, opening hours and contact details in them are made up and do not offer any real service.
  • Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale or send unlawful or abusive messages.
  • The design, text, code and logo of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the pages, but you may not copy or resell them without our written permission.
  • We link to third-party sites (for example LinkedIn). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

3. Ordering our services

  1. Enquiry. You contact us through the form or by email.
  2. Proposal. We send a written proposal or quote describing the work, timeline, price (in the currency stated, with any applicable tax shown) and payment schedule.
  3. Agreement. A contract is formed when you accept the proposal in writing (email is enough) and we confirm. The accepted proposal, together with these terms, is the agreement. If they conflict, the accepted proposal prevails.

Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a guaranteed price.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Give us the content, images, logos and approvals we ask for in good time. Delays on your side can move the delivery dates.
  • You confirm you have the right to use everything you give us (text, photos, logos, fonts) and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.
  • Your website must comply with the laws that apply to your business (for example legal notices, consumer information, privacy and cookie rules). We can build the pages you need, but you are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and legal texts unless we have agreed in writing that we prepare them.

5. Prices and payment

Prices, deposits, milestones and due dates are set out in the accepted proposal. Unless it says otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. We may pause work on overdue invoices after written notice. Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, paid plugins, licences and stock images are quoted separately unless the proposal includes them.

6. Delivery and changes

Delivery dates in a proposal are our good-faith estimates and depend on you providing what we need on time. The proposal states how many rounds of revisions are included. Extra work or changes to the agreed scope will be quoted and agreed in writing before we start.

7. Intellectual property

  • When we have received full payment, you own (or receive a perpetual licence to use) the custom design and code we created specifically for you, as stated in the proposal.
  • Open-source software, fonts, stock media and other third-party components remain under their own licences, which we will identify on request.
  • We may show non-confidential parts of the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Support after launch

Ongoing support, maintenance, hosting or updates are provided only if the proposal or a separate written agreement says so, and on the terms it states.

9. Personal data

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. If we process personal data on your behalf (for example your customers’ data on a site we host), we will agree a data-processing agreement with you as required by law.

10. Cancellation and refunds

See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, explained there.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data; and (b) our total liability arising from an agreement is limited to the fees you paid us under that agreement. We do not guarantee particular results such as search-engine rankings, visitor numbers or sales.

12. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is required by law.

13. Ending the agreement

Either of us may end an agreement in writing if the other materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 14 days of a written notice. On ending, you pay for work done up to that date, and we hand over completed work once paid. Consumer withdrawal rights are in the Refund Policy.

14. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to info@eurolatam.co and we will reply within 5 working days and try to resolve it. We do not currently take part in an out-of-court dispute resolution scheme. If you are a consumer, you can also contact the consumer protection authority in your country.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, together with applicable EU law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on the date you place an order applies to that order. Changes do not affect agreements already accepted.

Última actualización: 19 de septiembre de 2026

No. Under the EU ePrivacy rules (and the national laws that implement them), consent is needed only for storage or access that is not strictly necessary. Refund PolicyPolítica de reembolso

How cancellations and refunds work, including your legal right to withdraw if you are a consumer.Cómo funcionan las cancelaciones y reembolsos, incluido tu derecho legal de desistimiento si eres consumidor.

Last updated: 19 September 2026

Our services are custom digital services delivered over time (design and development of a website), not physical goods. Nothing is bought on this website itself: you agree the work and price in a written proposal first. This policy explains what happens after you accept one.

1. If you are a consumer (buying for personal, non-business use)

Right to withdraw within 14 days

If you are in the European Union (or another country that gives you the same right), you may withdraw from a distance contract for our services within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is concluded, that is, the day you accept our proposal.

To withdraw, tell us clearly that you want to withdraw, for example by email to info@eurolatam.co. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days end.

What we refund

  • We refund all payments you made, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
  • If you asked us to start work before the 14 days ended, you will pay us a proportionate amount for what we had already done up to the moment you told us you were withdrawing, calculated from the agreed price. We will only start work within the 14 days if you clearly ask us to.

When the right to withdraw is lost

If we have fully performed the service, your right to withdraw ends only if you expressly asked us to start before the 14 days ended and confirmed that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service was fully performed. We will ask for this confirmation before starting early.

Model withdrawal form

(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

To EuroLatam, info@eurolatam.co:

I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the provision of the following service (*): ______________
Ordered on (*) / accepted on (*): ______________
Name of consumer(s): ______________
Address of consumer(s): ______________
Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is on paper): ______________
Date: ______________

(*) Delete as appropriate.

Consumers outside the EU

Some countries in Latin America and elsewhere give consumers their own cooling-off or withdrawal rights for distance purchases. Where such a right applies to you by law, we honour it. Contact us at info@eurolatam.co.

2. If you are a business customer

The statutory withdrawal right above does not apply to business-to-business contracts. Cancellation and refunds are governed by your accepted proposal. Unless the proposal says otherwise:

  • You may cancel in writing at any time. You pay for work completed and costs already incurred up to the date of cancellation, and we refund any part of an advance payment that exceeds that amount.
  • If we cannot deliver the agreed work, or deliver work that materially does not match the accepted proposal and we fail to fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us in writing, you are entitled to a refund of the fees paid for the affected part of the work.

3. Faulty or incomplete work

If the delivered work does not match the accepted proposal, tell us in writing describing the problem. We will correct it at no extra charge within a reasonable time. If we cannot, we will refund the fees for the affected part. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Third-party costs

Domain names, hosting, licences and similar items bought from third parties on your behalf are subject to the provider’s own terms. We will pass on any refund the provider gives us, but we cannot refund what the provider does not refund.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@eurolatam.co with your name, the date of your proposal and what you want to cancel or claim. We confirm receipt within 5 working days.
